If you are not satisfied with a course purchase, contact us within 14 days of purchase at info@skill-space.com.
Refunds are considered where course content has not been substantially accessed or completed. Once a certificate has been issued, refunds are generally not available.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time, subject to payment provider timelines.
